Prof. Akhil Ranjan Garg took over as the Vice Chancellor of Bikaner Technical University on 17th May 2025. He is on lien from MBM University, Jodhpur, where he served as a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering.
Dr. Garg holds a Ph.D. from IIT Delhi and brings over 32 years of teaching and research experience. He has made significant contributions in Computational Neuroscience, Intelligent Systems, Pattern Recognition, Power Systems, and Machine Learning.
